We're honored to be selected as the 2024 ICP Elite Dealer of the Year.

This award is granted based on outstanding achievements in customer service, community involvement, and the growth of brand loyalty. Here at Yates Maintenance Heating & Air, we take pride in serving our community through great customer service and our commitment to giving back to our local community.

We're thankful for the wonderful community that we serve and for the impact this community has allowed us to have for the past 15 years. Over the years, we've completed over 30,000 jobs within our community. We've also been able to dedicate time for giving back to our community through sponsorships, teacher appreciations, student ambassador programs, community events, trade clinics for students, as well as charitable initiatives.

In addition to giving back to our local community, we also work to give back to other business owners.

For the last several years, Matthew Yates has served as a mentor for other HVAC business owners. He's always ready to help anyone he meets. Matthew and Misty Yates have been able to offer help to business owners in the Housecall Pro's software forum, as well. Yates Maintenance Heating & Air has been a Housecall Pro Superpro for five years, and during that time, Misty Yates has served on panels, interviews, a Time Hack Automation Summit, and is part of the Lady Pro group which started from Housecall Pro users. Misty and Matthew regularly share documents, checklists, forms, and knowledge gained over the years of being business owners.
